Starlings had pecked through our old roof in three places of our two-story house. Other roofing contractors had done neighbor's roofs with mixed reviews. Thought about Victor's commercials we've seen on TV. You can tell he cares and is enthusiastic about helping people. My husband called and set up an appointment to get an estimate for a new roof. It was scheduled for 6/30/25 @630pm. Someone called around 5pm and he missed the call. He called Victors thinking it might be them and spoke with the secretary who confirmed the appointment but didn't know anything about anyone calling us to change it.
