Victors Roofing is amazing! Wonderful experience BOTH times we've used them. Our previous home was a rental and the roof leaked. The company that installed that roof went out of business. Victors repaired that roof and the experience was so good, we asked them to inspect our new home's roof. We are SO glad we called them first. They did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and guess what? The experience was great AGAIN! We are so happy with our new roof and our new house. Thank yo... Read more
Repeat 5 Star great experiences is what we love to hear, Kathy! Thank you so much for sharing your Victors experiences at BOTH locations & we're honored to have earned your business.. and your business again! We're proud to have you as our lifelong customer - if you ever need us, you know we'll always be right here for you.
Victors is very professionally run. The entire process was quick and smooth. Our roof looks great, and we are very happy with Victors quality products and staff. Gavin K was a very thorough roof inspector, and made sure all our questions were answered.
Thank you for sharing your roof replacement experience, Jeremiah! We love what we do, and we're proud of the highest level of products, workmanship, and service we strive to provide, and it's amazing to get feedback that we succeeded with you. Thanks for being our customer!
I thought the salesman was great, but the product they were going to use was not good quality and the costs was double what I ended spending. I would try other companies for a much lower quote.
Thank you for your feedback, Bob. We’re sorry you felt the price was too high for complete roof replacement on your beautiful home and garage. You're correct, there are many choices out there, but Victors Roofing uses only the best, premium materials from synthetic underlayment, to our higher standard of no less than 6 feet of ice and water barrier (a must for our Michigan winters!), installation of proper ventilation for your type of roof, to the best quality of shingle. And what sets us apart is we back all of that up with our Workmanship Warranty and our Leak Free Guarantee; we don't simply rely on any material's warranty that only applies if it's done right. Our aim is to offer long-term value to our lifelong customers for their home improvement investment. Your home is your greatest investment, and protects what you care about most, including your family. Victors Roofing firmly believes an educated buyer is the best customer. So we thank you again, Bob, for your feedback, the opportunity to come inspect your home and provide you our findings and recommendations, and we sincerely hope whomever you decide on that your roof replacement project goes well!
Marco did a great job! Very detailed oriented and efficient!
Thank you, Inacio, for the review and the shout-out for Marco! We love hearing great experiences such as yours and please know we're celebrating with a huge round of high-fives for Marco, too!
