I saw a commercial for Victors Roofing, so I googled it. I requested a free estimate and they called me within 10 minutes. I had a great experience with the first person I spoke with to the inspector that came out to approve the job. This was my first and only roof estimate, I know, I know but that is how comfortable I was with how Jose explained the whole process. Unprofessional with many mistakes seen with an untrained eye. Constantly gave us the runaround without answering our questions, or problems. Price is extremely high, and you certainly don't get what you paid for. With such a high price, we expected professionals, but that was not the case. First impression with Gavin, the roof technician, who met with us and inspected our roof was great! Gavin has great knowledge of the products that Victor's has to offer. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. The scheduling process went without incident. The crew that installed our new roof, headed by Pablo, was wonderful.
