Everyone i dealt with was very kind and explained everything in detail. They completed the work very quickly with barley any wait time after the initial appointment. My only complaints would be that while replacing my roof they knocked off and damaged numerous corner pieces of my metal siding then threw them all in the dumpster. When done with the work they stuck the bill in my mailbox didn’t say anything and left. Which left me searching through the dumpster for my siding. Update- They reached... Read more

Jonathan, thank you for sharing your roof replacement experience with us! We love the 4 stars, but we're kind of perfectionists, so we hate that it wasn't five. One of our Install Managers has reached out to you to see how we can make it right, because our customers deserve only the best. Thank you for allowing us to earn your business, Jonathan. Your feedback helps us strive to improve, and we hope to quickly prove our 5-Star worth to you!

This was last Thursday, since then I've spoken with two other individuals from Victors who have helped guide us in the same p... Read more

So, the roof isn’t on yet but it’s going to be. I just have to give Dustin, the salesperson, a shout out. I feel like I just made a new friend. I never had so much fun with anyone that has come to my house from a business for service. Your culture and transparency is top tier, and more companies all over doesn’t matter what it is, should be just like this. Thank you!! So happy I was referred to you guys.

My husband and I were very satisfied! The large roofing crew worked on our 100 year old house for a day and a half - working over 12 hours the first day. Edwin Escobar was in charge, stopping to answer any questions we had but working alongside his crew to complete the job in a neat and timely fashion. The gutter crew came in as soon as the roofing crew left, and finished by the end of the second day. Alex Harold, our salesmen, did an excellent job of explaining both the products and procedure o...
