They never even came out to check on my problem because the woman scheduling would not schedule a time unless my husband could be there also to make decisions … this is awful!

Great service, very quick and easy. Great workmanship. Richard, Victor's PM, did a great job explaining everything and keeping me informed on what they were doing. They did a nice job cleaning up even in snowy weather. Nice to finally have my roof done, they did everything they said they would and more!
