Victors did a roof inspection and identified alternatives to an immediate roof replacement. They did some basis repairs that will add two to three years to the life of the roof. Victors representative was very responsive, knowledgeable and honest. Work was performed promptly and we were provided with a series of pictures to verify what was done. Working with Victors was a great experience.

Victor's roofing is good but can't say we're totally happy with the service. First the inspector that comes out is 100% a salesman trying to get as expensive a roof on as possible, second their roofs are going to be the most expensive option in the area. Now for that you'd expect perfect service but their leak free guarantee doesn't even transfer if you sell your house so not exactly as advertised. Also they did damage to the house while installing and the roof leaked the first time it rained. ... Read more

Nicholas and Patricia, Thank you for providing feedback about your experience. I am very sorry to hear that we did not live up to our expectations. After speaking with Patricia, I am glad that we were able to come up with a plan to correct the outstanding issues. Your feedback will help us improve our processes and is much appreciated. Thank you, Victor
