Dealing with Victors Roofing of Canton , Michigan has been a real pleasure from the Sales Rep. Andrew Sosa , the office staff to the roofing crew. The job was well done and the cleanup was so well done you would not even know anyone was on the site The support staff in their in their offices were second to none , and I have been dealing with various venders for over Fifty years,their courtesy and follow was excellent. Emailed them for a quote for new roof shingles Tuesday night. Got a call the next day and set up an appointment for Saturday. Rep came out, had a great product at a great price and the roof was installed the next Friday. Was in constant communication with the staff via calls, emails, and texts, so I knew exactly what was going to happen - no surprises! Great experience all around. Nobody loves having to buy a new roof. However, we needed one and after talking with four different companies, we got three price quotes. Victors was the highest, but not by a whole lot. We went with Victors because of 1) the thorough inspection and sales presentation by David, 2) the reviews left by other satisfied customers, and 3) the warranty, which exceeded the other companies'. Great experience with this company from the point of initial contact to follow-up. All were professional and efficient from the receptionist to the salesperson Jake to the installer Dale. They listened to my concerns and made everything happen. They explained everything clearly and even offered information on how I can further improve my roof which I am planning to do. I am definitely going to be doing business with them in the future.

Found Victors after some wind knocked down a large branch onto our roof putting a hole in it. Having been a homeowner for a long time, as well as building our home, we’ve dealt with a ton of contractors. Most are the nightmare you always hear about. Some are really good.
