My decision to ultimately go with Victor's was because they allow financing, enabling me to make multiple payments. Useful when I'm facing severe roof damage and even higher costs if I'm required to wait until I have the lump sum. This company was quick to respond to inquiries, is willing to utilize text messaging (bizarre to have to point it out at all, how not attempting or allowing the option is antiquated given the bulk of spam texts that cause a lot of us to never answer unfamiliar numbers... Victors was amazing from the first phone call. The salesman came out within a day and was on my roof to survey the problem. He was very honest and didn't try to push anything. We have a very large, steep roof. They sent out two crews and they were able to tear off and replace the entire roof in about 9 hours! They also found two areas that needed repair and fixed that on their own without charging me extra. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I heard about Victor's Roofing on WMUZ and then I browsed the reviews. After analyzing a couple of other options I picked Victor's Roofing. It was November and my plan was to ask for a check of the roof and eventually make some repairements, if necessary to make sure all is good until next year. After the free evaluation, which I found very professionally done, I was provided with three options with a different price/performance ratio. After a carefully walk through my options, clearly explained... Read more

Victors did a great job. After delayed by a snowstorm, they were at my home as soon as possible to get my new roof done. They even had to shovel off the snow. Well done. Customer service answered all my questions and resolved any issues promptly. Thank you for the nice after service cookie jar too. Nice touch.

After quotes from five companies, I am extremely happy to have gone with Victors Roofing. 1) they were the most professional during the bidding process, and they inspected the most thoroughly. 2) they were the only company to mention (and install) intake vents. My attic had mold, so I’m relieved to have it properly vented. 3) they have a thick booklet of addresses of happy customers. It’s easy to see why after working with them. Customer service was five-star through-out. 4) priced very comp... Read more
