Windows installation went perfectly! Mel and his crew were polite, courteous, and kept us up to date on all planning and scheduling. Mel made sure everything was perfect to our liking before we signed off on completion. 5 stars.
Could just give the details and not the sales pitch. Understanding that you are trapped with the sales person for “90min” ended up more like 250 mins; 2 and 1/2 hours for an 35k quote. Understandable since you are paying for the name and the warranty and all the commercials. So if you can afford it go for it.
