Reading the one star reviews it looks like Victors is accusing their customers of lying by saying, "we can't seem to find you in our system." I'm not sure why so many people would be coming to place a false review. The truth is that Victors is extremely overpriced. Starlings had pecked through our old roof in three places of our two-story house. Other roofing contractors had done neighbor's roofs with mixed reviews. Thought about Victor's commercials we've seen on TV. You can tell he cares and is enthusiastic about helping people.
