They did a very detailed examination and explanation on what needed to be done all with a smile on their faces. They answered every question with professionalism. A real pleasure.

Updated Post Work: While I originally rated the sales individual 5 stars I had to amend my review after our further experience with the company. The salesperson experience was positive and while obviously wanting to make the sale, still gave us plenty of time and information. The work was scheduled quickly and the crew came out on time.
