Jacob and Nate stopped out and did a great job inspecting my roof. They were very thorough and showed me a number of issues I didn't realize including active leaks! They took their time explaining everything and made the whole process make perfect sense. I'm very thankful for their patience and expertise!
Thank you for the great review and fun photo, Diana! We’re so glad Jacob and Nate provided a thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words!
Isaiah, Walter, Manny, and Dale was very professional, informative, and excellent services.
Thank you for the 5-stars!
I had Donte out for an inspection. Donte was on time detailed and knowledgeable. After getting two other quotes I decided to go with Victors based on the quality and service. Victors wasn’t the cheapest but I would recommend them for roofing needs.
Thank you for the review, John! We’re glad Donte provided a detailed and knowledgeable inspection. We truly appreciate you choosing Victors based on our quality and service, and thank you for the recommendation!
They did the roof in my home before I bought it, forgot to install baffles and did not vent the roof correctly. The City of Royal Oak also dropped the ball and never did a final inspection. Now it’s costing me over $5,000 to have another company fix what should have been done on the roof job in 2017. Victors came out two months ago, confirmed they didn’t vent and forgot baffles, and didn’t offer to remediate or compensate me for having the work corrected by another company. Ridiculous.
Hi Sarah! This is NOT the experience that we want for our homeowners. Since we can't locate you in our system based on this name alone, please give our Operations team a call directly at (734) 800-0937. We would love the opportunity to make this right!
