The staff is very polite and professional. However, they were so overpriced that they quoted me for a ONE-car garage flat roof for 40.000 dollars with a senior discount. I only called them for a crack adjacent to my garage previously one year ago, and that technician never said anything about a flat roof. So, he quoted. $ 7000.00 dollars with no warranty. Why didn't the previous technician say anything about the flat roof being damaged. So, I figure this was only about making them money...... Read more

We had a fantastic 👏 experience with Victor's salesperson Alejandro. After some negotiations (you need to negotiate) we came to a fair price. The crew did our roof on one day and it was very good 👍. Alejandro also came back and put back our gutter guards. Again a wonderful transaction but don't accept the first price. Offer them the price you're happy with after your research A+...thanks Al.

We recently called Victors due to a small leak we noticed on our kitchen ceiling. Representative Brian came out and did a thorough inspection and spent a couple hours with us. Very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately found the area and did a quick patch that day. He reported that our roof was good for another 5 years and recommended a repair in 2 areas, which we had done. The repair person was also very professional and efficient. We had a really good experience with Victors. From the initial call we made, to having Marco come out to the house for our inspection, to the very end of the project. They are very good at communicating throughout the process and keeping you updated with everything. I highly recommend them if you are looking for anything related to your roof.
