The quote I received was laughable and the quality of the "inspection" was a joke. It's supposed to be a 90 minute inspection according to your staff who schedule the inspection and quote on the phone. My inspector was there all of 10 minutes. The inspection sheet he left me was not filled out at all. Literally he just scribbled the dollar amount in the corner and said that's our cost. That's it. My neighbor received quote for 1500 square foot home, quote was a ridiculous 25k dollar, i got him a a high quality roof for 14k this company Victor i a used salesman scam show, buyer beware .

So far just the consultation and now trying to get financing, but hopefully all will go well. But I will say the inspection with pictures and a thorough explanation was great, if I get financing I will let y’all know how it goes. ✌️
