Just had Victors home solutions out to replace my roof. It was a great experience from the inspector, Evan Burman to the project manager, Tom Rodriguez, to Matt the crew leader & the great crew that did the job. Everyone was pleasant and did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything.
Extremely professional and courteous people the job was done efficiently and timely only thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't lmk there might b added funds for replacement of some wood I understand they needed to do that but a heads up would've been nice
Initial experience was poor with customer service. Over two weeks, 5 phone calls with promises of return were never returned. However, once management became involved apologies were given and the actual installation was excellent. Manny and Milton were exceptional. If not for the porr customer service I would have given a 5 star review.
