Had victor’s over for an estimate. Although the worker was nice and thorough, the price was astronomical. They claim to have a superior quality to some of the competitors, but they quoted over double the two other quotes I received. No matter how good it is, that difference is ridiculous. It also felt like the salesman was trying to strong arm us into a purchase, knowing we were getting other estimates. Was unhappy by the end of the visit.
Brian visited our home to do a roof inspection, arrived on time. He was very professional, and cordial. He did a through inspection with video and photos provided He then explained all the details involved Re: replacing roof, including process and use of quality materials. Enjoyed working with Brian, and highly recommend this business!
We called Victor's for an inspection of the roof. We were not sure if we needed a new roof or not. But Devin did the 21 point inspection and found we had some boards that need replacing, some leaking around the chimney, and most startling, one of the truses in our attic had split 3/4 of the way.
