First to respond to my Angi's list request. I cleared my Saturday and waited for the inspector that never showed up. I called twice, both times promised I would receive a call back, which never came. Rescheduled the appointment for later in the week. The inspector was at the house for over three hours, ending the night by providing a quote that was more than double what I received from A+ rated roofers with 5 stars from Angi's list and Google.
