I called and made an appointment for my free estimate. Austin was here within 48 hours. He was confident, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly so I understand exactly what will happen when I get my roof replaced. I think he is an excellent representative of this company! 6 days later, a Victor's Home Solutions crew arrived and replaced the roof on my house, garage and shed.
