I can't recommend Victor's enough! We had Mike T out at my mom's house for new windows, and he was so kind and knowledgeable in the inspection and quoting process. The windows were just installed, and the work was excellent! Since Mike was so great to work with, we had him out to our house for our roof, and we plan to move forward with that! I'd trust Mike and Victor's for all our future home needs.
The roof estimate was pretty thorough. The estimate was was ridiculous and laughable. It was 2 1/2 times higher than the highest quote that I received. The sales cycle tries to suck up and waste as much time as possible, and then tries to pressure you into a snap decision. With this sales approach, they have no credibility, and it is very laughable.
I’m in the process of having my roof completely replaced, and Calvin and Josh S. provided excellent service during the free inspection of my leaky roof. They were incredibly friendly, thorough, and informative, making sure I fully understood what was going on. On top of that, their team went above and beyond to find a payment plan that fit my situation perfectly. 10/10 highly recommend!
