I had a good experience with the salesman but have disliked the marketing and administration since the roofers finished the job. I have recived half a dozen requests for a postiive review or referral for more roofing jobs. There was a disconnect with the salesman's promises and the collections department which lead to complaints from our employees about Victor's Roofing badgering them about billing. Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The crew was professional and prompt, as they installed my new roof in 5 hours! They meticulously cleaned up all of the debris and nails and the new roof looks amazing. The sales and quality teams inspected the final results and were there through out the entire process to answer my questions.
