They started with an excellent salesperson who, out of 3 other roofing companies, actually went on my roof. My roof had been layered 5 high! No venting, nothing! Unfortunately I have to rescind my prior review to very unsatisfied with Victor Home Solutions. The next morning I noticed the ceiling drywall in my bedroom was severally cracked and damaged during the roofing job. Clearly when in my attic someone stepped onto the drywall and broke it. I called on Thursday morning and Monday and it’s Tuesday and after two days of being promised a call back I’ve yet to get it. Victor's put a new roof on our garage. Dante was the site foreman and he is an informative and excellent person for the company. The crew were so professional and gave attention to detail. Cleaned up as they tore old nasty shingles n boards making sure not to leave any mess. Jim and I highly suggest having Victor's Home Solutions do your new roof. Fantastic job guys! Thank you!
