I called Friday afternoon for an estimate. They offered Friday evening or Saturday morning to come out. I chose Saturday. By Noon on Tuesday the roof was done. Austin our salesman and Thomas our crew leader were fantastic, friendly and helpful! Thomas kept us informed all morning what was happening while the crew was here. We are very happy with Victors Home Solutions and our new roof. New gutters are coming on Thursday.
Customer service is terrible. They want both spouses here and when I say that my spouse can’t be here then they say sorry we can’t help you and hang up on me. Shame on you. I can take my business elsewhere.
Victors did a great job on our roof replacement! Luis the project manager did a great job keeping me informed, Miguel and his crew were kind and courteous and kept my yard very clean! Would highly recommend!
Vaugn from Victor's roofing was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed. I would recommend him to talk to anyone, and I know he would be kind and curtious to whomever he talks with .
