creepily persistent, overkill marketing... one day after i made an online request, i received a paper flyer in my mailbox, multiple texts, multiple phone calls, and a text message with an AI video of a man "personally" asking me to call and schedule a quote. this makes me feel like I'm being targeted for a scam. not a fan
Tom Clark showed up to the house, promptly on time. Introduced himself, came inside and changed his boots. Did a very thorough job on inspecting the attic, looking at the issues I talked about and explained how insulation and airflow works. Said the things I’m seeing are normal and only recommended the addition insulation I asked about. Very clear on the service and price… no pressure sales. Really great experience.
