The salesman was personable, courteous and knowledgeable . The office girls who call and go over the contract and set up install responded to us quickly and made sure we understood everything about the process. The crew arrived on install date on time, were professional and pleasant. The job of removal of old and installing the new was well done and one would never know they were here after clean up! my wife had set up an appointment for a estimate for a full replacement of our roof... when Victors contacted my wife to confirm the appointment she was notified that both homeowners need to be on site... we were not made aware of this till last minute so we had to cancel...My Job doesn't allow me to be available during normal business hours...
