I've been impressed by the professionalism on the parts of all involved, both at my home and on the phone. Their overall "mantra" seems to be "quality over quantity", and yes, it's reflected in the price.
The roof looks great, very pleased! The crew worked most efficiently. Some big wood needed replacing which was at no extra charge, and they renailed a piece of siding into place which was blown loose by recent 70mph gusts.
