The estimator came out on 4/30/24 and I was told that it would take up to 90 minutes but it took 2 and a half hours instead. At the end of that an estimate was still not provided. After wasting my time I was told the estimate would me mailed to me. I still have not received that after 3 weeks and called to follow up multiple times and have still not received a call back.

We had Victor's Home Solutions replace 4 skylights that had been leaking in our kitchen and family room. From the start, the experience was nothing less than TERRIFIC! The sales rep, Calvin, did a great job of explaining how the process would work and what we could expect. The day the work was done the Project Manager, Thomas, showed up early and walked us through the replacement process, he kept us updated as the work was in progress and took pictures so he could show us the roof and the new sk... Roof work was done timely and it looks great. Unfortunately, the install team was unnecessarily messy during the project. I get that it can be a messy job but they seemed to make no effort to keep the job site neat. It was made worse when they ate lunch and then left their lunch trash all over my front yard. I'm sure their thought was they would clean it afterwards, but while waiting for "afterwards" McDonald's bags were blowing into my neighbors yards. However, the worst part was finding rough...
