Do not ever pay the initial quoted price with Victors. For context, I have a tri-level 1600 square foot house. Victors sent over one of their inspectors to give me a quote. After approximately one hour, the inspector advised me that they could do the job for $27,000. I told the inspector that this is far more expensive than I expected and told him I would be looking for additional quotes. I am leaving this review for my godmother who is a senior citizen. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Victor Roofing and felt compelled to share my dissatisfaction regarding the service. From the outset, communication was poor. Victors customer service is fantastic. Every time I called, the person was able to answer my questions or resolve any issues. My new roof and gutters look great and I have no issues with either project. The on-site manager always made sure I was happy with the project throughout the process and was able to answer any questions during the process. Definitely was worth the money to go with Victors Home Solutions.
