It's sad I had to pick 1 star. Called for an estimate, I made the mistake of telling them forthright I needed an estimate for a new roof for my insurance company. I was told it wasn't a problem by the call the center. They cancel first appointment then come at 10 am gets on the roof comes back down sits in the car for 15 minutes then tells me he can't give me an estimate. Not ONCE says anything that they charge $298 for estimate for an insurance company. I sent a message to the person that texte... Read more

Everything we did for our roof replacement through Victor's was handled with courtesy and professionalism. My initial request for someone to come and inspect our roof as well as provide us a quote was answered almost immediately. Financing was easy, made even better with a 5 year, no interest promotion we were able to take advantage of.
