The crew leader, Freddie Hernandez, was very efficient and kept me informed on the progress of the project. The crew worked tirelessly and had the old roof torn off, boards that were damaged replaced, covered the skylight and the new shingles down in 4 hours. We have used Victors a couple of times now and have had great service. Our roof leaked from the flashing around the chimney, we called Victors and they had a guy out the next day evaluate. The second day after that they had a crew on the roof replacing some decking and putting new flashing up. The method they used to flash the chimney was far better than the original installation.
