It so happened addressed short coming of older roof not being ventilated properly with a baffle system. Also, ice and water for the entire minimal sloped roof. Victors was very thorough with their first inspection and estimate. they found problems in my attic that i had no idea existed. the other companys did not even inspect the attic. they use better shingle materials and did a very great job with clean up. came on time and finished when i was told. also had job inspected the same afternoon to make sure it was done right. i would recommend them to everyone.
