I’d like to thank Victors for a great job done. We discovered a leak in our roof on Sunday. We called them on Monday and they sent a salesman Dustin out that day to inspect the roof. Found our attic was full of condensation due to a faulty installation just 7 years earlier. The videos of the situation were very helpful. Victors was beyond professional. From Austin who helped us get the project set up, to George and his crew who completed the project same day . The job ended up being a bit more involved. Some unforseen wood replacement and a couple repairs. Still completed on time ,same day. Victor's customer service was perfect every step of the way . The job went exactly as we were told from the homeowner standpoint. I highly recommend Victor's

The salespeople are very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the process in exquisite detail. The project managers name was Matthew, who did a spectacular job keeping me informed from the time the crew arrived until they completed the work. The crew did the whole job in 5 hours and the craftsmanship appears to be exceptional; this including blown in insulation as well. I am impressed with the exceptional service I received from Richard the project manager and his crew! They were professional. Their crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and left my property spotless. They even shoveled the snow off my deck and sidewalks when the job was complete.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. They are nothing but thieves. We had a wet spot in our upstairs floor and asked them to come out and inspect and see what the issue might be. Our roof is only 7 years old. After comletung an inspection they sat in my living room telling us our roof was installed improperly and pressuring us to give them a signature for a $25,000 roof that minute.
