This has been a very bad experience for us. The initial process was very difficult because of the salesperson. Then not even a year later, the problem that they told us was going to be fixed came back and the manager Jake is not offering any solutions. It cost us thousands of dollars to fix the problem, and now it is back without any ownership from the company. Very disappointed!
