Dakota spent two plus hours inspecting my roof from both sides. He found and photographed seriously wet underside sheathing indicating a lack of ventilation as well probable leaks. Moss growing on top of this 22 year old roof. Very thorough and professional and I highly recommend them. I hired Victor's to replace my roof. They were very prompt and thorough. I did 2 interviews with them. On the 2nd one was told I am hired and told me " the recruiter will get with you this week or next for your training schedule" I have reached out to that recruiter multiple times and she tells me the starting date has been pushed back and that another person has taken over the new hires. original start date was the 20th. Had my roof replaced in February 2023 and had a solid experience overall through Victor's. This is a company that you know is going to be around should you need future service or warranty repairs, which is the main reason why I went with them over other quotes even though Victor's was not the cheapest bid.
