Original: Austin did a great job laying out our options and explaining what kind of work we needed to get done and why. Robbie (on the repair crew) was also excellent at communicating what was going on during the roof replacement—he shared photos so we could see what the problems were and took the time to offer detailed explanations. The presentation, inspection and salesperson were great. However, when we were courteous enough to call to say that we are going with another company, we received THREE follow ups. The last was a text with the ending statement "If you'd rather not communicate via text...". Hopefully the STOP reply with indeed stop the communication. Update- Thomas showed up and walked me through the entire project, kept me informed all day about what was going on. Showed me pictures and videos of my roof during and after.
