Extremely dishonest sales tactics. This company quoted us $10,000.00 more than the other 3 companies we had out. Then immediately dropped the price $10k, when we told them no, we had way better offers. I feel bad for the people who paid this ridiculous markup. Also the sales person was very pushy and visibly frustrated when everything fell apart. We have absolutely no desire to do business with this company.

Great customer service from the start! Harlene, who was very pleasant and helpful, scheduled an appointment for someone to come out the following day for a free inspection/estimate. Vitaliy arrived on time and was very thorough with the inspection. He took videos which he presented, explained what he saw to be the issues, and came up with several options. Vitaliy was honest, very pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond.

Upon noticing a roof leak infiltrating into a closet on New Years day, we contacted Victors the following Monday. Victors sent an inspector out the next day. 10 days later our new roof was installed along with new ventilation. They're responsiveness was great considering we experienced a significant snow event 5 days later.
