Final update : now I am re-updating this from three stars back to five stars because of the following: Two people contacted us over the weekend to make this right. They made an appointment for Monday and Dan (Alavina?) came out, inspected the whole roof, listened to our concerns, walked us through our attic, called the crew back out to fix some things, and the crew came out in two days and was able to resolve almost everything at no extra charge. I had a great experience with Joshua on a repair to my roof. While not an overly huge job, Joshua was on time, professional, personable and walked me through what he was going to do and how long it was expected to take. When finished he reviewed pictures with me, walked me through final paperwork and on with our day. In this day and age of people not taking pride in customer service and their work it was a very refreshing experience. Thanks

I’m so pleased with Victors Home Solutions. Tye was the crew leader,very polite and considerate man. He explained everything,answered all of our questions. I was worried about my landscaping around my home, they tented around everything. It is quite amazing to watch the process of a new roof. And I have limited mobility, and I needed to get to my car and I was concerned about walking across the tarps and such between my door and the car. One of the workers took my hand and walked me to my car❤️.... Read more

Victors did an amazing job on my roof replacement!! Luis the project manager did a great job keeping me informed and taking care of my property noah and his crew did a great job as well! Would highly recommend victors!
