The crew leaders Jose and Donte were great they kept me updated on everything going on while I was a work they sent pictures along the way. Victor's Home Solutions was great to work with from start to finish. Xavier came to our house for the inspection and quoting process. He was very friendly and thorough. He came to visit us on Friday and my Tuesday our new roof was being installed. Luis, the project supervisor for our roof, kept us updated through-out the entire day. Appreciate him being so personable and professional. Overall we are happy with our new roof and the professionalism the entire Victor's team provided.

Final update : now I am re-updating this from three stars back to five stars because of the following: Two people contacted us over the weekend to make this right. They made an appointment for Monday and Dan (Alavina?) came out, inspected the whole roof, listened to our concerns, walked us through our attic, called the crew back out to fix some things, and the crew came out in two days and was able to resolve almost everything at no extra charge.
