Our experience with Victor Home Solutions was fantastic! There were several problems discovered with the roofs structure during the install. But Matthew, the onsite supervisor, did a great job of overcoming them. He continually kept us updated as to what was going on. At one point it appeared that we were going to have a storm coming through. However he kept the crew working to complete the job once the threat diminished. Jose was our crew leader and was very professional. Had work done in one week of our first phone call. On time and replaced the roof on our garage and home in one day. He explained everything they were doing and showed pictures as the work was being done. The crew worked hard and did a fantastic job. Quality work and attention to detail.
