I recently hired Victors to repair some wind damage to my roof. The initial consultation with the inspector/salesman was great. He let us know exactly what the repair entailed and he let me know there were some other recommended repairs to my roof. The rest of the experience was not so good. The installer came and did the repair, but did not do a large part of the project. When I asked about it, he ensured me this part of the project did not need to be done (board replacement). Starting with the inspection and sales step, Brian B. was very thorough and professional, while also being easy to talk to and authentic. In getting estimates before, I've had to essentially throw out overly aggressive salesmen who won't leave without a contract signed. That was not the case with Brian.
Travis was the project supervisor for the roof install, and was very communicative about how things were coming along, sending pictures of progress while I was at work.
