He let us know exactly what the repair entailed and he let me know there were some other recommended repairs to my roof. The rest of the experience was not so good. The installer came and did the repair, but did not do a large part of the project. When I asked about it, he ensured me this part of the project did not need to be done (board replacement). In getting estimates before, I've had to essentially throw out overly aggressive salesmen who won't leave without a contract signed. That was not the case with Brian.
