Had a great roof installation recently with Victors. The inspection was very detailed and we were presented with video and pics of the old roof. Had a bad repair on the old roof and black mold so the whole thing had to go. Everyone that we worked with from the initial inspection to finance was great all the workers were on time and everything was explained to me if they found something that need replacement (all of my sheathing was replaced). From the inspection to the install, Victors Roofing was a wonderful company to deal with. They ensured we were kept informed through every step of the process. They are very detail oriented from install to cleanup and our roof and gutter installation was done in one day. Highly recommend!

Very professional, excellent communication during all phases of my roof replacement. Pictures were taken during the whole process so I could see that the work was done as promised. The installation was completed in one day. Great care was taken to protect my property and the cleanup was thorough. A company rep came the following day to inspect the completed job and to make sure I was completely satisfied. So disappointed. Paid top dollar for my roof for my kitchen to actually rain inside. 1/2”gap on flashing as well caused living room damage. They first offer 200 which is less than materials to fix interior damage. After I provide reasonable quote they won’t even cover half. The vent they added was main issue and I should at least get that coat off my Bill. Also don’t get their gutters-they say they are the same as original but they aren’t. Where is standing by mistake and correcting?
