Two individuals came to see us today, Lance & Kiwi (sp?). March 25th @ 6 pm. Both gentlemen were Cordial, Respectful, Personable and more importantly… Patient & Polite. They moved at my speed and never tried to push a sale on me. I found their final assessment to be a Tremendous Blessing!! At least $10K below what others have quoted!! Our roofing was leaking due to ice dams. They caused water leaking into our family room. We spent $5k with Victor's to fix them. But they never did. I complained. They offered to fix our leaks for $15k. They keep changed their business their name but they never acknowledged or fixed our problem. They even called BACK to see how happy we were. Victor's is a marketing compony. Radio, online, etc. But not there to fix there mistakes. We used another reliable realtor referred roofer and have not ... Read more
