Workers were responsive however I had a better experience with the service in the office. They made a few mistakes on the billing but 'Stephanie ' was very nice to work with. The roof itself looks great and my son says it seems good quality. My HOA inspector also took a look at it and approved it.

Had a great experience with Victors. From the very beginning with the sales team, who were very professional, respectful (and even likeable!) they were thorough, answered any questions or concerns and made sure we had a deal that we were comfortable with. They reconstructed my terribly, leaking roof. New wood and quite a bit of it. Finished in less than a day, total replaced with changing out wood, fixing rafters, new shingles. Professional and I'm happy with the completed job.

The staff at Victors was really great to work with from start to finish. They made time to explain the process and were ready to answer any questions we had. The work crew was very nice and the project manager was easy to get in touch with the day of our installation. We appreciated the care the team gave to protecting our house and landscaping while they installed our new roof.
