I received several calls prior to the installation to schedule and to meet my contact at Victor's. Very professional from the start. Chris D provided the initial estimate and was very thorough explaining all the details needed to complete the project. He explained everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable and friendly a very nice guy. Financing was quick and easy. The team came out for installation and even took the time to cover my flowers so they wouldn’t get damaged during the roof tear off and installation very very impressed. I saw a commercial for Victors Roofing, so I googled it. I requested a free estimate and they called me within 10 minutes. I had a great experience with the first person I spoke with to the inspector that came out to approve the job. This was my first and only roof estimate, I know, I know but that is how comfortable I was with how Jose explained the whole process. Unprofessional with many mistakes seen with an untrained eye. Constantly gave us the runaround without answering our questions, or problems. Price is extremely high, and you certainly don't get what you paid for. With such a high price, we expected professionals, but that was not the case.
