Worst job ever. Extremely poor quality work and poor response to our request to complete job correctly. 6/7 crew did not speak English and the work looks like a little kid did it. We are extremely disappointed. We paid way more than previous estimate because salesman convinced us how professional they were. First impression with Gavin, the roof technician, who met with us and inspected our roof was great! Gavin has great knowledge of the products that Victor's has to offer. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. The scheduling process went without incident. The crew that installed our new roof, headed by Pablo, was wonderful.
