First of all, I asked the young man to provide everything to me in an email. Company info, pricing, etc..
When he showed up, he wanted to come in and asked questions...I told him I wanted it ALL in an email...he asked questions on the porch. The questions were those qualifying things you get from one of the many sales programs out there...Max Sacks, Dale Carnegie, ETC.
