Roof was leaking into the office in our home. It was late afternoon when I called and was told they would be out the next day. Long story short, every employee we had contact with either on the phone or in person were very polite and professional. They showed us pictures of the roof and explained where the damage was along with the wear that the roof is showing. We were given options and pricing under no pressure. Roof has been repaired.
