I have heard the ads on WJR-760 Am & have seen the ads on TV with Victor & Paul W. Smith. So there web site has one of those contact us boxes, filled out the data on a Wednesday evening around 5pm, within 55 minutes I got a call, from Alisha at Victors Roofing. Hello, we are replying to your website request. She gathered all of our desires, issues and problems, then set up an appointment in 3 days! What! You can come out and inspect our roof in 3 days! The first thing that Victors did that helped sell the job was a video made while the sales person was actually on the roof. After giving Victors the order, they kept us regularly informed when the project was weather delayed and did the job as soon as conditions permitted. They even made an emergency repair in an area we were not aware of, to prevent any further damage to the house while we waited for the complete re-roofing job to commence. We called Dakota hoping we would be able to have our roof repaired due to a leak. Dakota was able to go up into our attic with his camera and show us the extent of what was going on. After his inspection of our roof he reviewed our options and provided a quote for the job. Dakota explained the process including the clean up and inspections. Materials and the crew arrived as planned and there were no surprises or additional costs. We would recommend that you give Dakota a call for your roof.
