The process of working with Victors Home Solutions was incredibly easy. From submitting a quote request to getting my new roof installed, took about a week. Unfortunately I couldn’t be home to see the installation process but when I returned home to see the new roof, I am very happy. Frank and Buck were very professional and very informative regarding issues I was unaware of. They did an excellent inspection and took pictures of the attic and outside roof conditions. Both explained in detail, the issues and explained the roofing process to do the repairs properly. Their information and explanations was very valuable to me in understanding the problems. I had roofing done to replace shingles. A prior company inspection said, "the whole roof need to be replaced." VHS inspection said, "the area where the shingles had blown up should be replaced. They recommended the surrounding shingles be replaced but it's my option." My roof is less than 12yrs old! I really appreciate their honesty!!! The job they did was above and beyond! If I could give a 6-star out of five, I would.
