My roof experienced wind damage resulting in a leak coming into the kitchen. Chris from Victor's came within a day or two and put on a temporary fix. Then a few feet away a raccoon decided to make a hole by chewing through the roof. Chris came again and due to an ornery raccoon came again at least twice at no additional charge. Beware of this company. I was asked repeatedly was my husband going to be home. I told them he had dementia and parkinsons. Legally, he cannot sign anything. I have a 1400 sq ft Ranch. The sales rep quoted me $25,000 for a new roof. Said he would be in contact with me. He must have known he was way overpriced, he never called back

Victors did a very professional service with our roof installation from the sales/ inspector rep who did the roof inspection and proposal, the shingle delivery staff, the debris container delivery staff , the office personnel, and all the workers who managed to finish the roof and garage roof in one day. The guarantee and sales receipt arrived by email promptly. The cleanup was perfect. I hope all this detail is useful to prospective Victors roofing customers. Thank you You get the 5 stars!

Jake and Aaron were very professionalshowed me all the pictures they took after they put new skylights in answered all my questions cleaned up there mess they were very nice guys I love the job that did very pleased I would recommend your company to anyone have always been nice to me everytime I talked to someone if I need a new roof I would call them back good job victors thank you jan

Excellent company! Very professional, from the sales rep down to the roofers. The inspector for the company was on-site to make sure all was being done to ensure the least disruption for us. The office staff Kylie and Courtney are wonderful and Albert the salesperson was very friendly and fun to work with. This company has made an awesome difference in our lives. You will never regret having Victor's as you roofing company. No need to look elsewhere. They are the best!!
