All around very professional
Well, it all started on a rainy Sunday afternoon with a leak, I made a phone call and left a message. Someone called back in about 20 minutes and we had an appointment set for the next day(Monday) I'm sorry i don't remember her name, but she brought a calmness to the siltation and me. Zach S. Was very knowledgeable about His job and presentation of materials for Victor's Roofing. He inspected the attic where as other Roofing companies did not. Zach spent probably 4.5 to 5 hrs with us going thru everything and explaining to us our concerns and questions. We couldn't have had a better person, Zach was very patient with us. Realized our ceiling had a wet spot and roof leak. Called Victor Home Solutions. Had the pleasure of meeting Donte when he came out the next day to give us a quote. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Spent time up on our roof and then came in to share what he saw. Did not expect to get a video and pictures. Thank you for everything, Donte. Even tho we did decide to go a different route, for personal reasons, I would recommend Donte and his crew.
