I had roofing done to replace shingles. A prior company inspection said, "the whole roof need to be replaced." VHS inspection said, "the area where the shingles had blown up should be replaced. They recommended the surrounding shingles be replaced but it's my option." My roof is less than 12yrs old! I really appreciate their honesty!!! The job they did was above and beyond! If I could give a 6-star out of five, I would.
