Another heavy rain day here in Michigan, I spent the morning worried about my roof leaking again. Gavin from Victors came out today and performed a roof inspection for us. He was professional as well as thorough! The result of his inspection was we’ve decided to contract Victors to have our roof and skylights replaced. Victor’s was easy to work with and straight forward with everything. There crew showed up on time and started immediately by protecting my home. Once they started they never stopped until they finished. We did have a window screen that was torn during the roof tear off and Victors never hesitated to repair it. They even went as far as sending someone out to remove the screen and take it to be repaired and then return to install it. Customer service like that is hard to come by and is greatly app... I had a few companies come out to the house to give me quotes and Victors Home Solutions was the highest, but you've heard of the old saying, "You get what you pay for", well, with all that they said they were going to do and what they did, they are definitely worth the cost. I've never had a company keep me more informed about what was happening and what they were going to do.
