The company that sold and installed our roof 20 years ago would come out to "fix" the leaks we were experiencing. But the leaks continued. For 4 or 5 years. Eventually they stopped returning our calls. Despite the 10 years warranty we have left on our roof tiles. We got another roof company to come out and they went into our attic and then told us they fixed it, at no charge, and left a quote for a new roof, but said they couldn't come out anymore if it continued to leak. The workers and foreman were all super nice. They did a fantastic job and my new roof looks GREAT! I am so glad I called Victor's! They did a very thorough inspection just like they say they do on TV and videoed the attic and roof then showed me the results on the computer so I knew what the problem was.
