I have had two roofs (different homes) installed and a skylight repair done and have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism,customer service, and quality from Victor's. First they do a roof inspection and show you detailed pictures of the issues and explain the cost of repair vs replacement. Extremely thorough and professional - everyone we interacted with was great and gracious about our difficult to access roof. Appreciated the quick turn around time as well. When other companies were scheduling 8-10 weeks out, Victor's had everything DONE within 1.5 wks of our deposit.

First, got phone calls 2-3 times a day at all times of the day and multiple voicemails after requesting to be contacted only after 5pm. Secondly, and this is partly on my end but I had to reschedule due to a work emergency but no one ever showed up at the rescheduled time. These guys sound like a typical company trying to secure as much business without any adherence to customer quality. Please avoid them if your time is important to you.
