To start, I’m a 44 single women living alone. I had a quote well over a month ago. I am working with my insurance. Office didn’t seem knowledgeable on what I needed from the building dept of my city for approval. I called a month ago for an update on how to move forward. Didn’t receive a response. I was sold a roof with some kind of ventilation system cause they said what I had the roof wouldn't last. I ended up with same ventilation as I had and they only reimbursed me 200.00 for putting wrong roof on. They cut wires to to surveillance cameras and gave me a hard time about fixing it, but finally paid it.
